Are Wobbly Whaley silicone products safe for my toddler?

Absolutely! Our silicone products are crafted from food-grade silicone, ensuring they are safe for your little ones. However, we always recommend adult supervision during mealtime to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. 

How do I clean and maintain the silicone cutlery and plates?

Cleaning our silicone products is a breeze! You can wash them with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher for a thorough clean. Just make sure to let them air dry completely before storing them away. More info see our Product Care Guide 

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you return an item within 15 days in its original condition, you will receive store credit. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information (Track My Order). Please allow some time for potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wobblywhaley.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue and provide you with the necessary assistance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you do receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at support@wobblywhaley.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue!

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you need to make changes to an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wobblywhaley.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery options?

Yes! We offer free local pickup and delivery for orders over $58 within a 10-mile radius of zip code 63141. Simply select the appropriate option at checkout, and we'll provide you with further instructions.
