Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days through UPS or USPS from St. Louis area. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
To help reduce plastic waste and support a cleaner environment, we are minimizing the use of plastic packaging. All products will be carefully wrapped using paper-based materials whenever possible.
Free Local Pickup
We are now offering free local pickup service. Local pickup gives you the flexibility to choose how you receive your orders, often avoiding shipping costs and waiting times.
1. Select store pickup as your shipping method and pick a slot when would you like to get your order.
2. you'll get an email when your order is ready and we'll provide you a pickup location with address in the email (in the area of 63141).
3. Drive to provided address within the time-slot for porch pickup (PPU).
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $58.00 within local delivery range: 10 miles from zip code of 63141
Deliveries are made from 5-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wobblywhaley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
