Refund policy

Wobbly Whaley products designed for infants and toddlers, therefore, we are extremely caution with returned items. We refrain from reselling any returned products as we are uncertain about where the items have been, and any potential exposure. This measure is to prevent our little ones from possible contaminations or allergens. As a result, we do not offer refunds for purchased products.

However, if any product is returned to us in the conditions :

A) within 15 days of package delivered. and B)With the original packing slip.

You will be receiving 100% of store credit for eligible products. Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days to process. We will be sending store credit throughout the email address that was used for the purchase.

Please note: original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges while using your store credit.
